If I'm fasting...can I have water?
ABSOLUTELY! We encourage you to drink a glass of water about 30 minutes before your scheduled appointment. This helps us quite a bit which in turn helps you.
What is the fee you charge and what forms of payment do you accept?
Mobile Blood Draw charges $55. per scheduled blood draw or $110 for STAT blood draw.
This includes everything from mileage for specimen collection to specimen drop off & back home. We provide all necessary supplies to obtain your blood. If you are having blood drawn for a specific lab, you will need to provide the kit that they provide or mail to you.
We currently accept cash payments, checks, Apple Pay, Zelle and Venmo. In the future, we may expand our payment options based on demand.
What do I need before I schedule an appointment?
Have your lab slip or requisition from a health care provider or MD with legible information. If you have a kit, please keep all information and supplies together. If there are freezer packs included in the kit, please place them in the freezer until the phlebotomist asks for them.
Are your phlebotomists certified professionals?
Yes… our staff are not only insured, state and nationally certified, but have also undergone background checks and are HIPPA compliant.
